It was established in 2008 as an advertising medium for small business’ across Australia. With the growth of online stores over the recent years, it was decided we branch into online magazine’s so we can reach a broader market of parents, particularly mums, and promote home made products and micro/small business services right across Australia. The magazine is available to download online for free and can be shared via your social media pages as well as email. With the latest re-brand, we are confident this online magazine

will be a hit with home shoppers and will be the biggest online magazine promoting home based/small businesses right across Australia.

Your key responsibility is to oversee content and layout for the magazine.

You will be largely involved in the general layout and design and deal directly with the publisher/senior editor.

Best suited to someone:

•who is energetic and intelligent and capable of producing a high-quality magazine

•with natural talent for design and layout

• who has the ability to meet deadlines

Job Roles:

• Oversee the layout, appearance and content of articles and advertisements • Overseeing artwork, design and layout of the magazine

• Understanding and complying with media law and industry ethical guidelines

• Proofreading all pages before going to the publisher/senior editor

• Raising the profile of the magazine

Pay: • This is a voluntary position. In exchange for your time, we are offering you free advertising throughout the magazine.

• Generate ideas for features

• Commission articles from freelance writers and readers

• Overseeing artwork, design and photography for the food section of the magazine

• Understanding and complying with media law and industry ethical guidelines

• Selecting feature articles for each issue

Your main focus is generating sales and promoting the brand and the magazine.

Job Roles:

• Generate new leads and sales

• Generate renewals from previous advertisers • Promote the brand and the magazine to various Facebook groups and communities

• Build page likes and visits

Pay: • Commission based only

• The winning applicant will receive 10% commission for each advertised position

• Payment will be at the end of every month to your nominated bank account
