What is MLS

❖ MLS is a professional soccer league which is mostly played in the USA and few teams are in Canada.

❖ MLS soccer players plays in average 32 games per year.

Type of training required

❖ To play in the pro you have to go in the Académie or be selected by the recruter of a team.

Length of training required MLS soccer trains mostly every day, some teams rests for a day or two, some teams go train to the gym.When they train playing soccer they play up to 3 to 8 hours.
