Frying Pan Academy is a two year old initiative started by a group of professionals to give back to the society the collective knowledge and wisdom. We have till date hosted more than 100 workshops at various educational institutions & are respected keynote speakers at National & International level.

We are not personality development trainers but experts from industry who can share real experiences and guide or simply said, we walk the talk.

WHO

WHYWe are passionate about teaching and sharing our experience with the next generation. And in times like these, students need more than the regular book based education they receive.

We believe that every child is unique and has capabilities that needs to be tapped and explored.

We wish to share a slice of the real deal, career journeys & passionate stories of success with the next generation so as to put our one cent back to the society that has given us so much.

And yes we are a not for profit organisation with a mission to embed the educational framework with real world experiential learning.

18 HRS OF GROUP LEARNING BASED ACTIVITY

6 HRS OF ONE ON ONE

ASSESSMENT

12 HRS OF TALKS BY INDUSTRY SPEAKERS

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

WHATA 36 hour ( 2X3hr per month ) programme for students of class 9 upwards with 12 industry speakers and one on one skill set assessment for students.

• Experts from different industries • Multiple Intelligence based assessments • Group activities • Apprentice programme for select students • Communication & basic skill set training • Continual training online for students • Corporate connect • Parents & teachers orientation to new career streams via newsletter • Online assessment report & time capsule for students

HOWWe work on a monthly subscription pack per student enrolled which covers the cost of the programme. The basic terms are:

• Local conveyance for speakers should be arranged by the institution • Course fee covers online assessments and material access for students • A/V settings to be provided by the institution • All sessions will be published online in video format • The course is not certification course and all assessment made are to identify student skill set and

will not be valued equal to any sort of grades or scores
