• Created automated weekly planner now being used throughout entire organization as a Tobyhanna Army Depot Best Practice.
• Developed and maintained a spreadsheet that allowed shops to track their equipment and maintain better continuity of production. After time, this also became a Best Practice of Tobyhanna Army Depot.
• Received an honorable discharge in 2005 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.

Serve as central point of contact to provide authoritative explanations of requirements, regulations, and procedures, and to resolve operational problems or disagreements affecting assigned areas.
Advise manager of the practical and technical aspects of office administration, to include budgeting, purchasing, supply management, personnel administration, data processing, and files management, and perform staff work in each of these areas.
Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents; handle some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the appropriate staff member.
Responsible for decisions or recommendations based on development and evaluation of information that comes from various projects, questions, or wide variety of problems that arise within the area of the Human function.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Director and Deputy Director, including interviewing callers and making proper referrals; making arrangements and preparing and providing agendas for meetings as required.
Answer telephone, questions and refer calls to appropriate Human Resources Specialist. Work closely with higher grade employees to administer correspondence, suspenses, reports and projects to appropriate office staffing personnel and ensure final submissions meet proper format and compliance, and are completed in the given time line.
