The perfect candidate will have excellent coding & analytical skills, be self-driven but a team player, creative, and enthusiastic with a passion for the digital marketing & advertising industry. This is a full-time role based in Peshawar. Essential Attributes § No previous experience is required but will improve your chances of hiring. § At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Exceptions can be made for career oriented applicants. § Proficient in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP. § Fluent with various web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari). § Experience developing for multiple browsers and devices. § Excellent communication skills with a good on written English. § Creative with a sharp eye for good design and a mind for creative digital marketing campaigns. § Well-read and updated with current trends in the digital marketing & web development industry. Desired Attributes These skills are not required but will improve your chances of getting shortlisted. § Basic Knowledge of Photoshop or other design software. § Experience with Source Code Management (GIT/BitBucket) § Knowledge & Experience of working in Wordpress. § Experience working with Front-end/JavaScript Frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap, Angular, Ember, ReactJS, etc) The Role & Responsibilities You will be required to play an active role in planning, developing, launching & supporting our client’s websites, online applications and interactive marketing solutions. § Understand customer requirements & translate it into action points § Work with the Project Manager to give realistic timelines for project completion § Plan & execute web development projects § Communicate with the client via phone, email and project management tools such as Jira or Asana § Manage Blimp’s hosting servers & domains § Document all projects § Provide Customer Support to clients § Occasional visits to client offices for meeting
