CareerStarted two early works named ‘CourseMatch’ and

leading social network website.By 2011 it became the largest digital photograph

host and had over 350 million accessing the site over mobile phones.

public offering), offering 421 million shares to private investors at the price of $38.

Two weeks after the IPO, the market price of the shares fell dramatically by 27% to $27.72 per share.

Price has recovered in 2013 and currently it’s around $41.

His net worth is estimated at $54.78 billion in 2016 and currently he is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the social company.

Currently lives in the Palo Alto in a $7 million estate that features 5 bedrooms a saltwater pool, and over 5,000 square feet of property.

Campaign Media Awards 2007: Media Achiever of the Year.Merriam-Webster names Facebook its No. 2 Word of the

Year for 2007. Fast Company named Facebook number “15” in its list of

the world's 50 most innovative companies of 2009. Time magazine has named him among the 100 wealthiest

and most influential people in the world as a part of its Person of the Year distinction since 2010.

Vanity Fair magazine named him number 1 on its 2010 list of the Top 100 "most influential people of the Information Age“.

In 2013, became Crunchies CEO of The Year.

Statesman's annual survey of the world's 50 most influential figures.

At just 25 years of age, Mark even made it to the Forbes' 400 richest Americans’ list, temporarily giving him the title of “WORLD’S YOUNGEST BILLIONAIRE”.

In 2011, 'The Jerusalem Post', an Israeli newspaper, named him the one of the 'Most Influential Jews'.

In 2013 Became The CEO and Chairman of Facebook.Inc. and was offered One Dollar as Salary.

In December 2016, he was ranked 10th on Forbes list of The World's Most Powerful People.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy placed Zuckerberg and his wife at the top of the magazine's annual list of 50 most generous Americans for 2013.

Diaspora, an open-source personal web server that implements a distributed social networking service.

Founded the Start-up: Education foundation.

On September 22, 2010, donated $100 million to Newark Public Schools, the public school system of Newark, New Jersey.

On December 9, 2010, signed a promise called "The Giving Pledge” along with Bill Gates, and investor Warren Buffett.

On December 19, 2013, announced a donation of 18 million Facebook shares to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

On December 1, 2015, Zuckerberg and Chan pledged to donate 99% of their Facebook shares to the ‘Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’ that will focus on health and education.
