Getting started with the career guidance conversation

•  Form groups of 3 teachers 1. role student (as student) 2. role teacher/mentor (as moderator) 3. role observant (writes tips and does not interfere!) -After 10 minutes: reflection on the conversation -Change roles and start the conversation again
