Founded in 1857, Illinois State University is proud to be Illinois’ first public university, and one of the Midwest’s oldest higher education institutions. LCD SCREEN PROMOTIONCareer Center LCD screensThe Career Center provides electronic signage as an additional venue for Career Center Partners to promote their organization to students visiting the center. As outlined on the Benefits Chart, all Partners will receive name recognition on the electronic screen signage located in the administrative of-fice of the center. As an additional benefit to Platinum partners, customized promotional space on the electronic screens is also available for graphics of your company’s logos, events, PowerPoint slides, promotional recruitment videos, and more.

Platinum Partner signage guidelinesPlatinum Partners may provide up to three graphic screens to display on the Career Center’s electronic screens with a maximum exposure of 10 seconds per graphic, or one video without audio for a maximum length of one minute. Content can be changed up to four times a month, but Platinum Partners must provide at least a two-week advance notice from the time the request is submitted to the Career Center. Requests may be made using the Partner LCD Screen Promotion Request form below. The form is also available from Employer Relations.

Graphic guidelines• Graphics can be provided as a JPG or PNG file (1464 pixels wide x 732 pixels

tall), a PowerPoint slide (each slide being equal to one screen), a one-page Word document, or as a one-page PDF.

• Each item submitted must include the company’s logo on each graphic. If multiple graphics are provided, the logo must be included on each one and placed in the same location on each graphic.

• Graphics will be shown daily whenever the Career Center is open, and will rotate with graphics and videos of other partners. Frequency of promotion will be dependent upon the number of other Platinum Partner or Career Center promotions programmed to display.

• Requests can be made for graphics to run in a sequence (one after the other), or randomly through other programmed content.

Video guidelines• Videos must be provided as a WMV file, without audio and include the com-

pany’s logo at the beginning, and at the end.

• Employer is limited to one video with a maximum length of one minute.

• Video will be displayed daily, unless otherwise requested, and will rotate with graphics and videos of other partners. Frequency of promotion will be depen-dent upon the number of other Platinum Partner or Career Center promotions programmed to display.

The Career Center reserves the right to request edits to content provided by employers. All electronic screens within Illinois State are under the direction of the University, and in the event of an emergency, may be unable to project partner material temporarily in order to post emergency information or alerts.
