Why internships are important?
An internship is an unpaid supervised work experience opportunity designed to provide structured learning and hands-on work experience for students whose purpose is to fulfill an academic requirement or obtain valuable insight of their field of study.
The internship can be sanctioned (inlc. research) or credit bearing.
Criteria: Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or
graduate program.
Students requiring the completion of an internship to satisfy an academic requirement.
Students who sign up for an internship course for the opportunity of acquiring experience in a particular field of study.
After completion the internship should imply learning outcomes related to the student’s career development

• Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• The employer should be a structural unit of the University
• An employment contract should be concluded between the student and the employer
Work on-campus –employment of the
registered students for part-time paid positions in the
structural units and private entities of the Universities, not always related to the
academic major.

Paid opportunities
If you get sick during the internship, you should immediately inform your supervisor or CAC contact personIf you have been contacted by the company directly, please make sure you have informed your CAC contact person.
