Career & Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Arts «Overview Students are prepared for careers in hospitality in hotels, restaurants, resorts, fast food establishments, the cruise industry, theme parks and other industries. They learn the basics of baking, commercial food preparaon, food service, fine dining, restaurant operaons, catering, banquet operaons and more. A fully equipped commercial kitchen enables students to pracce their skills.
