Posters and Hand Outs

 FedEx  Office  Print  Online  Corporate  

Order  Workflow  for    SCCA  -­‐  Car  Show  in  a  Box  Posters  

 

Ordering  Posters  Access  the  Print  Online  site  by  going  to  h2ps://printonline.fedex.com/nextgen/scca_carshow.    From  there,  select  DocStore  Catalog  under  the  Order  Documents  area.      

DocStore  Catalog  Select  the  Car  Show  in  a  Box  Posters  folder.    The  posters  to  order  will  show  on  the  right  hand  side  of  the  screen.  Click  the  name  of  the  poster  to  see  an  online  preview.    To  order,  click  the  checkbox  next  to  the  poster  and  click  Add  To  Cart  at  the  bo2om  of  the  screen.      

Customize  Once  added  to  the  cart,  click  Customize  next  to  the  name  of  the  poster.    (You  will  perform  this  step  for  each  poster  ordered.)    If  you  click  ConFnue  to  Checkout,  you  will  see  a  Customize  bu2on  on  the  cart  screen  as  well.  

Customize  Cont’d  Fill  in  the  Text  fields  with  text  to  appear  under  the  “Go  Where”  porMon  of  the  poster.    Then  click  the  pencil  icon  to  select  a  logo  to  appear  on  the  poster.    Select  Update  Preview  in  the  bo2om  right  porMon  of  the  preview  area  (may  take  a  few  moments).    This  will  be  your  online  proof  of  your  order.    Then  ConFnue.  

Shopping  Cart  Adjust  document  quanMMes  in  the  Shopping  Cart.    Quick  links  at  the  bo2om  also  allow  you  to  return  to  the  DocStore  Catalog  to  order  items.      

Pickup  or  Delivery  Select  a  FedEx  Office  producing  center  under  Search  by  zip  code  or  street  address.  

Pickup  or  Delivery  Cont’d  Once  you  have  selected  a  FedEx  Office  producing  center,  you  will  be  prompted  to  enter  a  recipient  pick-­‐up/delivery  address.    Enter  a  FedEx  ship  account  number  (if  needing  order  shipped)  and  click  ConFnue.  

Select  a  Pickup  or  Delivery  Date  Click  the  calendar  date  on  which  you  would  like  to  receive  your  project.  

Select  a  Pickup  or  Delivery  Date  Cont’d  Pickup/Delivery  opMons  will  be  displayed  for  the  date  selected.    Check  the  bu2on  next  to  your  desired  method  of  pickup/delivery  and  click  ConFnue.    Local  Delivery  is  only  available  for  business  addresses,  Monday  through  Friday  between  8a-­‐5p.  

Select  a  Due  Time  Select  the  Mme  you  would  like  to  receive  your  project,  and  click  ConFnue  to  proceed  to  checkout.  

Contact  InformaFon  Confirm  contact  and  recipient  informaMon  and  ConFnue.  

Payment  Select  payment  type  from  the  dropdown  list  and  enter  any  addiMonal  billing  informaMon.  Submit  Order  sends  your  order  to  the  selected  FedEx  Office  producMon  locaMon.    You’ll  receive  an  email  noMficaMon  with  all  of  the  order  details  once  the  order  has  been  placed.
