As part of the information and wayfinding program Capstone developed for CostaBaja, we also developed a series of store front graphics, beach club identity, merchandising, VIP cards and other “quick read” graphics for the catamarans, transportation vehicles, tennis courts and kayaks.

Touchpoints: Through redesiging a “lifestyle” ad campaign and developing informative, engaging collateral and direct response, Homex’s “Las Villas” was saw an immediate surge in west coast prospective buyers and new leads.
