Objective: promote social economic development by facilitating

entrepreneurship of migrants, women, young people and

vulnerable groups

Rationale:

difficulties of migrants to integrate

labour market e.g. building industry, the commercialsector, catering etc.)

Exchanging experiences across borders facilitates embedding of

innovation and mainstreaming at vertical and horizontal level

Art. 3 EC Reg.1081/2006 sets transnational co-operation as anintegrated feature of the ESF 2007-2013:
