The Capital Safety Inspection Reporting Tool (CSIRT)… What it IS: • A custom built application utilising mobile technology that captures

relevant site information while performing an inspection;

• iPad based, the tool records information from the customer’s point of view, about fall protection hazards;

• Utilising an extensive database of applications and potential solutions, report preparation time is greatly reduced;

• Electronic information is converted to a pdf report on final sign off by the customer, this can be submitted by email or printed and sent.
