Capita SIMS Academy Group Annual Conference 24 November 2015 We are pleased to announce our second SIMS customer conference for leaders of academy groups. It is a chance to bring academy group colleagues together to network and share expertise. We have a number of distinguished external speakers who we are sure will stimulate interesting and fruitful discussion and there will be plenty of opportunity to network with leaders of other academy groups. We trust that you will take the opportunity to benefit from this event which is equally relevant to small, medium and large groups. Highlights from the agenda include: Surviving trust-wide academy inspections Evolving governance structures Understanding how SIMS can facilitate effective leadership in your academy group A look into the future of academy groups and how they can be supported by technology Practical advice on managing your data and applying the insight it provides to raise standards in the context of the academies landscape Conference Host: Robert Hill, former Prime Ministerial Education Advisor. Robert’s CV includes periods as a senior research manager for the Audit Commission, management consultant, social policy researcher and special adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair and Secretary of State for Education, Charles Clarke.
