Cape Horn Community Profile 2019 Located in Southwest Coquitlam, Cape Horn features a mix of housing, industrial and commercial activity. The area, which covers 495 hectares (1,223 acres), is home to 12,600-plus people and has been a residential neighbourhood since the 1950s when it first offered housing. Located in Southwest Coquitlam, Cape Horn features a mix of housing, industrial and commercial activity.

The area, which covers 495 hectares (1,223 acres), is home to 12,600-plus people and has been a residential

neighbourhood since the 1950s when it first offered housing.

Some light industrial activity exists in Cape Horn, primarily on Schoolhouse Street. A variety of retail and
