Drafting the Terms of reference for the study We have obtained referred resource people in

the SABRN region that can review specific policy areas for germplasm exchange and cross border seed regulation in SABRN. Waiting clearance from ourselves.

We are strategically seeking to partner to make headway in this output in 2011.

We are also enlarging the funding for this output to make the necessary progress required in this output.

Outcome level requirements for immediate consideration

In addition to delivering on the output numbers ( 2000 trainees, one online information system, one knowledge tool kit, 8 countries sensitized & 3 involved in engaging policy advocacy groups, the outcome will assess extent of utilization

Outcome looks at: PABRA and its partners have increased ability to respond to demands in the bean sector

At the outcome level we will access customer satisfaction ----Looking at new products and services provided by PABRA &

partners -----we are initially looking at two areas markets and nutrition -- Register customer satisfaction amongst women represented in

the partnerships – target at least 50% women --- in at least 5 countries in each network----We are working towards 2013. We start tracing customer satisfaction in mid 2010
