The TME team has over 40 years of combined experience in managing events and conferences, brand activation, fundraising, strategic planning and volunteer engagement for corporate and non-profit clients throughout the east coast and across the nation. !

We start with an initial planning meeting to understand your needs and vision for realizing a memorable event. From the theme, décor, menu, guest list, seating, ticket sales, sponsorship, program flow and entertainment, we produce flawless events that ignite the imagination, surpass expectations, and reflect your brand. In the months preceding your event, we coordinate timelines, the overall budget, database management, recommend vendors and negotiate contracts. We collaborate with you on design, text, printing and distribution of all collateral material ensuring every point of communication with your audience represents your organization accordingly. TME provides on-site support throughout the entire event from set-up to tear down. We deliver the highest level of professionalism when registering guests, managing logistics including security, equipment rentals and gift bags, engaging with keynote speakers, award recipients, dignitaries and entertainment. We monitor the event schedule minute-by-minute, troubleshoot and proactively address your requests. Following your event, we organize a wrap-up meeting to assess outcomes, report results, review the budget, process outstanding expenses, analyze planned vs. actual attendees, and provide recommendations for post-event stewardship and outreach to build on the momentum generated from your unforgettable experience.
