Glider as Primary PPL
•Be at least 14 to solo
•10 hours TT in glider
•20 flights minimum
•2 hours solo
•Pass written exam and checkride

PPL Add-On
•3 hours PIC in glider
•10 solo flights
•CFIG sign off
•DPE checkride
•No written exam

Tow Pilot Qualifications
• 500 Hours PIC, 250 in ASEL/ASES
• Qualified IAW 14 CFR 61.69
• 100 hours in category/class/type
• Logbook endorsement for tow plane ops
• 3 Tows as PIC simulated or actual with another tow pilot present
• 3 actual/simulated tows or 3 flights in gliders in last 12 months
