Your guarantee for quality and safety Dismantling of McPherson struts can be a dangerous opera-tion. It involves extreme forces disengaging the spring and very serious accidents might occur if the right tool is not used with all recommended precautions.

During development and production of the CANVIK coil spring compressors safety is our highest priority and all products are designed to endure extremely high loads.

CANVIK coil spring compressors are carefully tested and manufactured under very strict quality control. Only the very best materials are used to ensure a robust, strong and efficient construction of the tool.

Risky operation - Maximum safety In order to ensure maximum safety the CANVIK coil spring compressors are equipped with a safety pin to prevent overload.

An air ratchet can be used on the spindle. To avoid overload use max. 120 Nm.

The CANVIK CENTER is supplied with a unique safety torque key preventing overload when using an air ratchet.

The load capacity of the CANVIK coil spring compressors exceeds by far the typi-cal requirements of any workshop. A CANVIK coil spring compressor will manage all tasks, ranging from SMART to BMW X5 – and more.

TÜV Approved Safety All CANVIK coil spring compressors are TÜV approved to sustain even extremely high loads (4 times safety factor for all mechanical compressors). The TÜV certi-ficate is the ultimate quality stamp for this kind of products and is acknowledged throughout the world as a guarantee for safety.

SUPPLEMENTARY JAWS

THE JAWS are easily changed, secu-red with strong bolts, and equipped with a lip locking the spring during compression in order to improve safety. The surface of the jaws is powder coated or with polyurethane supports in order to protect the springs.
