Cannes Dragon Grand Prix 2018 This is the 13rd Edition of “Cannes Dragon Grand Prix”, organised by the Yacht Club de Cannes. This regatta is starting on the 25th February to 3rd March 2018. The keelboats (8,90 meters longs) are coming from all Europe (from Spain to Russia).

The regatta The race is classiied Grade 1 of Dragon Class, and supported by Ville de Cannes, Pantaenius Insurances, the Fédération Française de Voile,International Dragon Association and Marine Pool. Fifty Dragons from twelve countries are competing from the bay of Cannes to the bay of Golfe Juan, in front of the islands of Lérins.

Prize giving ceremony In honour of D In honour of Dragon Class, the diner is dating on the 2nd march. The crews are invited at the restaurant « Le Tube », localized in Cannes where the ceremony of the prize giving will be presented by the President of the Yacht Club de Cannes, Jacques Flori.

The Yacht club de Cannes The Yacht Club de Cannes was founded in 1860. YCC organizes sailing events and leads sports talents in Laser, Optimist, Dragon, Finn, 420.Its infrastructures and location make it ideal regatta. Last December, during two weeks, four national sailing Laser teams were training there (France, Belgium, UK and Germany).
