Canceling Registrations (Free Events)
1) Single Primary Registration 2) Guest Registration of Primary Registrant

Event Toolkit
Login to administrator site.
https://sites.anderson.ucla.edu/apps/alumni/admin/login.aspx
Click on Manage Event.
1) Single Primary Registration
Follow these directions to cancel registration for everyone in a single registration (one or more tickets).
Click on View Ticket for name of event to manage.
Click on name of person to cancel.
Click on Edit button to open record for changes.
Click on registration_type drop down and select Cancelled.
Click on Save button. Then click on Close button.
2) Canceling Guest Registration of Primary Registrant
Follow these directions to cancel registration only for the guest(s) of primary registrant.
Click on name of primary registrant to edit.
Click on Edit button to open record for changes.
Click on Add/Update Guest link next to quantity field.
Click on name of guest to cancel.
Click on registration_type drop down and select Cancelled.
Click on Save button. Then click on Close button.
