Signature Cocktail Recipe – Battery FizzThis light, delicately – flavoured cocktail adds a sparkle to any occasion.

Shake and strain into a champagne fluteIngredients:30ml Grey Goose Le Poire20ml Elderflower syrup10ml lemon JuiceChampagne to top upLemon Slice

Instructions:Pour the vodka and syrup and then the lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and add some ice. Shake well and then strain into a champagne flute. Top the drink with champagne and add a lemon slice to garnish.

Signature Cocktail Recipe - Pan Pen by NightThe high –Caffeine, bold- tasting Pan Pen by Night is not for the faint hearted!

Shake and strain into a martini glass

Ingredients:12.5ml 42 below12.5ml Kahlua 12.5ml Baileys1 espresso shotCocoa powder/coffee beans

Instructions:Combine all the ingredients except the cocoa powder/coffee beans into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well for about 30 seconds and then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans or cocoa powder. Serve and Enjoy.

3. Individuals are responsible to make sure they are on time for the booking slots, if these are missed and tables have been released Inc Group will not be held responsible.

4. Drinks are not included and will be at and additional cost on the “Canary Wharf By Night Experience” along with any extras ordered at each venue and must be settled before leaving premises, ID will be required if ordering Alcohol.

5. 48 hours notice must be given on all cancellations.

6. Dress code for all venues is smart casual, no trainers and no hats.

7. For Bookings over 10 we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
