We began as Danor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., a small sheet metal shop

in Gorrie, Ontario.

Danor and Canadian Armature Works merged to form Canarm Ltd., with ventilation products serving as its

primary business. Early 80’s Canarm begins to import industrial ceiling fans from Taiwan.

Product line expanded to include decorative and commercial grade utility

fluorescent lighting

Leader Fan company was purchased, resulting in expanded

commercial product line.

US sales office opened in Buffalo, NY (2010

estimated sales 12M)

Acquisition of Titus Lighting (an importer that specialized in

Crystal & Lucite)

Acquisition of Delhi Blowers.

Added 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space to Brockville

facility. This addition included a new laser cutting center and an expanded

powder coat paint system.

Canarm/BSM Agri Products, shortened its name to Canarm AgSystems™

Operation moved to Brockville to current 40,000 square foot site and made metal swine troughs and turkey feeders

Purchased Montreal ceiling fan company. Site served as office,

showroom and became main distribution centre for imported products.

Merger of Canarm with BSM Agri Ltd., with consolidated product line featuring livestock stabling

equipment and ventilation products.

Purchase of Farmweld Inc. strengthened Canarm’s

strategic position in the US hog market.

Expansion of Quebec distribution centre to 104,000 square feet (sales capacity of

$100,000,000/year).

Creation of GREENCHOICE brand to further expand into the Energy Savings markets.

Operations consolidated and 5 Centres of Excellence

for manufactured goods established.

Canarm Brockville adds robotic welding cells and a new $1.3 million automated

wheel production area.
