Budget• Ran a deficit budget for 3 years• Acreages are essentially flat but fluctuate from year to year• Membership numbers were dropping at a rate of 60 to 70 per year• Expenses increase even if only for inflation• Interest rates for Return on surplus fund investments is low• Pension plan service costs are increasing (low investment returns)•Increased fees for 2011 by $25 per member and 12 cents per acre

Succession Planning is Becoming a Priority for CSGA
• Jim McCullagh resigns from CSI
• Roy van Wyk leaves in February 2011 to go to CSI
• Randy Preater & Dale Adolphe turn 65 within 4 years
• No longer clear successors
