CANADIAN EQUIPMENT FINANCE magazine will be published 9 times a year, in both print and digital formats. With readers drawn from a proprietary database, it will be sent to CFLA members and to more than 7,000 executives with finance and procurement roles, the people who make the equipment financing decisions in the Canadian industrial and commercial marketplace. This is not intended to be an association magazine rather an independent publication being launched by an award-winning and innovative Canadian media company, Lloydmedia, Inc. This established firm publishes two other magazines in the financial services market and two more in the marketing and customer service industries. There is no cost to CFLA. CFLA has been consulted by Lloydmedia during the development of the new magazine. The objective is to ensure the magazine understands our market and can meet the editorial and informational needs of actual and potential customers, vendors, financing companies and lessors, funders, suppliers, sponsors, supporters and affiliates, and to further the growth of the market in general. CEF magazine seeks to be a strong advocate of the needs of CFLA members, and give them and the association itself a new channel to engage and educate senior executives on the key factors affecting leasing and finance today and in the future. CFLA members, exhibitors and sponsors will have preferred opportunities to contribute to the magazine, as individuals, companies and thought-leaders. There will be member-only discounts for advertising rates and special ad positions in the magazine, as well as first-choice online opportunities on the website, in any e-newsletters, directories or other media channels. CEF magazine intends to document, explore, expand and engage all sectors in the leasing and financing industry, with both professionally-written and industry-contributed articles and commentary. The magazine will help create conversations between lessors and lessees and among the many vendors and their potential customers across a broad spectrum of industries and at the most influential executive levels and departments. What’s more, we are also very pleased to announce that CANADIAN EQUIPMENT FINANCE will be supporting our Annual Conference and 40 th Anniversary celebration with exclusive and unique Special Editions timed with CFLA events, occasions and initiatives. Each Special Edition will be produced in conjunction with the CFLA and its members, and will be accomplished without risk or cost to the association.
