(IX)This booklet, all licences, permits and medical certicatesare issued under the authority of the Aeronautics Act and theCanadian Aviation Regulations(CARs). Medicalrequirements as well as licence and permit privileges areset forth in the CARs.

This booklet expires on the expiry date shown on page 1.

Privileges entered by an authorized person will expire90 days from the certication date, or upon issue ofa new licence or permit containing those privileges,whichever is earlier.

Permits are not based on International Civil Aviation

Organization (ICAO) standards and are valid only inCanadian airspace, unless authorized by the country inwhich the ight is conducted.

Licences conform to the standards set forth in Annex 1to the ICAOConvention on International Civil Aviation,signed in Chicago, on December 7, 1944. All Canadiandifferences to ICAO Standards are published insection LRA 3.10 of the Transport Canada AeronauticalInformation Manual(TC AIM), TP 14371.

In accordance with Article 40 of the ICAO Conventionand section 2.1.10.1 of Annex 1, no pilot age 60 or overshall act as pilot-in-command of an aircraft engaged ininternational air transport operations for remunerationor hire, unless authorized by the country in which theight is conducted.

This booklet, and all licences, permits or medicalcerticates become invalid if any of the aforementionedare mutilated, altered or rendered illegible.

Les avantages accords par un(e) agent(e) autoris(e),viendront chance 90 jours aprs la date delattestation de comptence ou la date de dlivrancede la nouvelle licence ou du nouveau permis qui

inclut ces avantages, selon la premire occurrence.

Les permis ne sont pas tablis en fonction des normes dlOrganisation de laviation civile internationale (OACI)et ne sont valides que dans lespace arien canadien, moins davoir obtenu une autorisation auprs du pays ole vol est effectu.

Les licences sont conformes aux normes nonces lAnnexe 1 laConvention relative laviation civileinternationalede lOACI signe Chicago le 7 dcembre1944. Toutes les diffrences par rapport aux normes delOACI sont publies larticle 3.10 de la section LRAdu Manuel dinformation aronautiquede TransportsCanada (AIM de TC), TP 14371.

Conformment larticle 40 de la Convention de lOACet larticle 2.1.10.1 de lAnnexe 1, aucun pilote g de60 ans et plus nest autoris tre commandant de borddun aronef qui effectue des oprations de transportarien international contre rmunration, moinsdavoir obtenu une autorisation auprs du pays o levol est effectu.
