CAMPUS DIAGONAL-BESÒS
It brings together the public administrations thatown the land of the Campus. It transfers theland to the institutions to develop the Campus,as it has done in the case of UPC and it isplanned with the operator of the residence forstudents and researchers.
It promotes the development and managementof the Campus Diagonal-Besòs. Its Board ismade up by the UPC, chaired by its Rector, theGeneralitat de Catalunya, and the localadministrations gathered at the Consorci delCampus.

▪ Purpose: Building dedicated to SMEsand start-ups emerging from theresearch groups of the Campus orcompanies that work primarily in theareas of UPC faculty.
▪ Concession: Period of 75 years,extendable 15 years.
▪ Initial fee: 950.000 €

Green area and pedestrian connection to the seafront
▪ Building Space: 10.000 m2
▪ Purpose: A green parc and apedestrian footpath will bedeveloped to connect La Minadistrict, the Port Forum and theuniversity Campus. The green areawill be a new leisure zone at theseafront.
▪ Investment: 4M€
▪ Construction:November 2018 – July 2019
▪ Opening : Second half of 2019
