What is a New Customer Campaign? This campaign is the one you launch after a customer buys from you for the first time. It’s meant to wow your customers so they feel appreciated, buy from you again, and refer you to their friends and family. Whylaunch a New Customer Campaign? Statistics show that you lose 68% of your customers because of indifference. What does that mean? Basically, more than two thirds of your customers will go to a competitor for repeat business just because they feel no ties to you or your company. How do you fight this indifference? By wowing your customers and cultivating a relationship with them. 1. Create a “New Customer” Tag for Your New Customers It is NEVER a bad idea to keep the people in Infusionsoft segmented and organized. Use tags to easily accomplish this. 1. Hover over Setup and select Tags. 2. Click the Add Tag button. 3. Name your tag: “New Customer Welcomeand select the Customer category from the drop-down. Click Add Tag(s). New Customer Welcome (45 day) 3. These sequences are designed to be used immediately after a customer makes a purchase. Following-up this soon is a great way to build a relationship with your customers. It is IMPERATIVE that you take some time to edit these sequences to fit your company’s message before sending to customers! Welcome 3. Create an Action Set Now that you have the tag and follow-up sequence, put them together! 1. Hover over Setup and select Action Set. 2. Add a new Action Set and name it “New Customer Welcome.” 3. Add an action that applies a tag. Find the tag you created in step 1. 4. Save the action, and then add another action. This time, select the sequence you updated in step 2. 5. your customers when they first get into Infusionsoft. Tagging people based on what they have purchased will help you later when you go to up sell and cross-sell your other products or services.

• A great way to wow your customers is by asking for feedback on your products or services. Customers love to feel like their opinion matters, and it helps you continually improve your business.

• Find multiple ways to provide your new customers with your contact information so they can buy again, contact you with any problems, and for referral purposes.

4. Run Your Action Set on All New CustomersNow run the Action Set!**

1. Search for your new customers. 2. Select Apply Actions from the drop-down. 3. Find the action set you created in the

previous step by clicking on copy action(s) from some other action set.

4. Click Process Action.

You have just launched the New Customer Campaign!
