Title: Original Narrative

On April 25, 2013 at approx 1946, I Officer Prime #4110 was dispatched to the

for a Robbery. Upon arrival I met with who was

further identified by her who stated to me that she and

Decrick Westbrook was at the park when Westbrook’s phone received a text

message. looked at the text message and it was from Westbrook’s ex girlfriend.

was upset at the context of the message and told Westbrook she was leaving. Westbrook

climbed into the back of the car and told to take him home so he could get his stuff from

the house. When they arrived at the residence, a physical altercation broke out.

Westbrook grabbed a XBOX game system and throw it across the room, breaking on contact.

Westbrook also grabbed wallet and some games for the XBOX and was attempting to

leave the residence. grabbed the shirt of Westbrook trying to stop him from leaving with

her wallet. Westbrook bite on the right forearm and also hit in the jaw with a

closed fist. Westbrook left the wallet and proceed to leave the residence.

Upon talking to Westbrook he told me that arm swept across his teeth and that’s how

the marks got on her arm. The mark on arm is definitely a bite mark and at the time I

observed the bite mark it had already started to swell. Westbrook also admitted to grabbing

face to push her away from him.

Westbrook was previously charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member on Aug

29, 2012 on the same person. The case was dismissed by the DA (Prosecutor has rejected the

charge without a pre-trail diversion) on Dec 12, 2012
