Each month will include events here and in the City of Naples, essential dates, pictures and a spotlight interview with someone who is affiliated with our programs. Celebration Beach Church Service at 9:30 am every Sunday. You can enjoy the open park from 7 am - 10 pm everyday Interested in having a party in the park? Rentals for the Chickee Huts or Gazebo are available. Call the Norris Center at (239) 213-3058 for vacancy.

We are hosting a variety of youth summer camps such as art, science and theater. The Gulfshore Playhouse Teen Conservancy is rehearsing the Secret Garden for their August performances. The Naples Jazzmasters perform free concerts from 1-3 pm every Saturday. Italian Conversation is on Tuesdays from 10 -11:30 am until July 10th. You can come borrow bocce balls, shuffleboard sticks and pucks and basketballs at the front desk.

This month we interview Ms. Kimberle who is one of

the art camp instructors. She has been an art camp

instructor for over seven years. She became involved

with the City of Naples art camp when she was a

director/teacher for the day camp at Seagate

elementary. She planned art projects and activities for

kids in kindergarten through fifth grade, and it was

like having art class in the summer. Her favorite art

medium is oil paints. She went to Ringling Art College

of Art and Design School. She does eight camps this

summer including paper mache, tie dye, creative art,

birds of a feather, getting to know our animals friends,

archery, card sharks and old fashioned fun camp. She

teaches at Palmetto Elementary School and is a realtor

when not doing summer camps.
