• Advertised on 8/1/05• Bids open on 2/1/06• Estimated cost is $1,450,000,000• Project funded by Toll revenues and State

funds, therefore Buy America is not required

• Contract duration is 2130 working days (7 days/week)

components:– Two steel orthotropic box girders and decks– Steel tower consisting of 4 tower shafts with

elevator– Concrete cap beam at Piers W2 and E2– Steel bike path– Steel prefabricated parallel wire strand
