A competitive advantage, improved user productivity and reducedbusiness costs.

Our breadth of experience and leader-ship in delivering quality messaging solu-tions cannot be matched in the industry.CallPilot was modeled after our award-winning voicemail application, MeridianMail, and extended to become a robustunified messaging solution. Because ofthis, many of the traditional voicemailfeatures that enterprise businesses havecome to expect are available in CallPilotUnified Messaging.

One key differentiator that sets CallPilotapart from other unified messagingproducts is that CallPilot has absolutelyno impact on the email server. Manyunified messaging systems require exten-sive integration with the email server, which can end up impacting emailcapacity, not to mention the administra-tive nightmare of implementation andongoing maintenance. With CallPilot, voice and fax messages are stored safelyon the CallPilot Unified Messagingserver so that there is no impact to theemail server.

Additionally, CallPilot will not flood the network with traffic since only themessage header information is put ontothe LAN. Messages are made availablefor playback on an as-needed basis, through the PC using a simple-to-operate GUI player, ensuring thatnetwork performance is not degraded. And to ensure that the office environ-ment is not disrupted, the network

administrator can set parameters thatprevent voice messages from beingplayed back on PC speakers.
