createdbespoke is an online platform providing a unique opportunity for clients to commission creatives (artists, designers and makers). In doing so, our goal isto create a sustainable business model that can help drive demand for small businesses.

The createdbespoke platform is more than just an ecommerce site. This platform allows projects to be managed start to finish. Projects are all developed, agreed and formalised online, simplifying the process for both artist, designer or maker, and customer.

• Selection of creatives against a strict criteria, experienced and passionate for commissions

• System designed to inspire potential customers to commission items

• We are NOT just a referral service. Interaction between the customer and creative are supported by a leading edge technology platform from the start to end of the project (e.g. high quality video conferencing, collaborative workspaces, project management sevices)

• A well-thought out process plan (e.g. no customer payment taken until a placed order is accepted by the creative)

• Marketing plan which includes the creation of regular magazines focusing on project areas and particular creatives. A wider focus on the potential customer base, including B2B

Creatives can interact with clients in 2 ways:

bespoke projects

Creatives can showcase commission ideas for clients. Clients are then able to contact creatives directly through thecreatedbespoke platform which provides a digital workspace to support a project initial enquiry to delivery of the final product.The workspace provides several tools which assist with commissioning online (e,g, file sharing, video conferencing, clear commission contracts, online payments)

createdbespoke offers 2 types of project management services for commissions generated through the platform:

1.general monitoring of all contracts agreed between creatives and clients

2.on-site project management for larger and/or multi-disciplinary contracts agreed between creatives and clients

the Project Management Office

At the start of a project a contract is for- malised between creative and client. Our platform is designed as a process engine that tracks key milestones as agreed in the contract. Whilst each project will be unique, createdbespoke provides a generic project (contract) template which is based on best practices for both commissioning and pro- ject (contract) management.

creatives are responsible for using the createdbespoke 24hr portal to:• respond to customer queries and

engage in commissions

We are looking for creatives that demonstrate:

• a commitment to working with us to develop commissioning online

• an original and contemporary body of work

• handmade or crafted processes (including digital technology if used as a craft tool) resulting in one-off andlimited edition pieces of a high-finishedstandard

• provision of quality content and photographs and videos that reflect the true nature of your work

• an understanding of quality customer service and a necessary level of responsiveness

• a proficient level of computing ability in order to enable full use of the website functionality

Stephen has a management background in a number of sectors, and for many years has been providing management consultancy principally in IT-enabled business change. He has, however, had a life-long interest in design and architecture and recently studied for a post-graduate diploma in Garden Design at the Oxford College of Garden Design. Stephen has a keen interest in thepower of technology to bring people together.

Stephen Entwisle

Sunita graduated from Oxford University in 2007 having completed a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Since graduating Sunita has worked in front office banking roles (firstly in Mergers & Acquisitions and later in Equity Research). Over the last 5 years Sunita hasprovided clients with stock recommendations across the luxury and general retail sector.

Sunita Entwisle

Annisha has a degree in fashion management and has work experience across the fashion and luxury sectors including brands such as Erdem, Harrods and Ted Baker. Most recently she worked for one of the contributing editors of Vanity Fair, gaining invaluable experience in editorial, marketing and events. She is our commercial creative with the ‘eye’ for cool.
