Our high-precision test benches for the flow calibration service verify the accuracy of all types of flow meters.

Calibration of flow meters

Manufacturers and end users of flow meters can calibrate or recalibrate their flow meters at our calibration plant. We verify the accuracy of all types of flow meters: Electromagnetic flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters, turbine meters, Vortex meters, oval gear meters, oscillating piston meters, nutating disc meters, impeller meters, heat meters, variable area flow meters and differential pressure flow meters.

• Traceability to national standards

• Optional 24 hours hot shot service

Our volumetric calibration rig measures flow meters with sizes of DN2 to DN80 at a flow range of 0,37 to 1,515 l/min, with a measurement uncertainty of ±0,05 %.

Calibration certificate

Calibration certificates are issued for one flow direction and optional for different viscosities.

Conditions

The meters will be cleaned and sent to Badger Meter Europa in Neuffen, Germany, with questionnaire and harmlessness declaration duly signed. Standard delivery time is 10 working days after receipt of the order. Hot shot service within 24 hours also available.
