Principal II

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I. Introduction: In view of the Department of Education Mission and Vision in attaining the academic excellences an Elementary School Principal II, I continuously shot an arrow to get the target. Department of Education Programs and projects have been properly implemented; teachers were always update/informed as how to reach the goals. Innovation both on staff welfare and academic phase were being introduced to cope with the changing society. Niyugan Elementary School located at Niyugan, Jaen, Nueva Ecija with a total land area of 2.4l0 hectares or 2410 square meters is comprising 525 school children ages 5 13 years old from kindergarten to Grade VI, 18 classroom teachers, 2 kinder teachers, 1 Utility Worker and School Principal. The present means of livelihood in the community is agriculture, piggery, and vegetable production.

II. Accomplishment A. Pupil Development1. Administered the Third, Fourth, Post/Achievement Test ,Pre Test , First , Second, Third, Fourth, for Grade I to Grade VI the result were consolidated and analyzed for the school year 2013 20l4 ( see Attached results) 2. Administered NAT examination for Grade VI and Grade III pupils. The School earned First place in the whole district of Jaen.3. Niyugan Elementary School participated in the District, CD and Division competitions like:a. III. PROMOTION OF CULTURE A. Participated Pansangay na Paligsahan at Pagsasanay para sa Linggo ng Literacy at Linggo ng Nakatatandang Filipino like : Dance Troupe Contest, Singing Contest , Slogan Contest , Jingle Contest ,Vocal Solo and Vocal Duet was held in the District/Central School last October 21,2008.B. Participated in the District Cultural Activities.IV. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT1. Physical 1. Re-painting of all flower boxes, school fence, flag pole, and school Buildings.

5. Put up of toilets in some rooms and office of the principal6. Constructed of flower boxes7. Repair of 3 Rooms thru MOOE Fund

8. Finished constructed one (1) building with two rooms. 9. Procurement of DVD players and T.V. set in almost all rooms. 10. Procurement of electric fan 2. Logistic1. Purchased of Form 48, Form 2 &3, bond paper (Short and Long), computer ink and other office supplies. 3. Time1. Conduct a meeting in the school after class at least once a week. 2. Started classes on time and always attended meeting. 3. Submitted all due report on time.

IV . Humana. Always remind for their pertinent paper for up-grading step increment and promotion for the MTs for the increase of salary. b. Supervised and assisted teachers to their works, duties and problems in the school or classes.c. Held meetings and conferences in the school regularly and discussed their problems met in the classroom.d. Encourage teachers to finish their graduate studies. Proof of this two teachers from our school finished their masters during the S.Y. 2012-2013.

V. INNOVATIONDuring Flag Raising ceremony all the pupils in all grade levels are reciting the Multiplication Table. Project DEAR-Drop everything and read. All the rooms in our school put up reading corner which served pupils space to read, read, and read.

VI. Community/Personnel Development1. Assisted teachers to their pupils or class problems.2. Staff Meeting 3. Community Relationsa. Encouraged the parents to help the school in improvement of the school facilities.b. Conducted a parent teachers meeting to discuss the needs of the school and the needs of their child.
