Dolci di Maria (dol-chee-dee-Maria) was founded by Mary Tantillo in 2008, after creating delicious desserts for her children with allergies to gluten and dairy. Since then, she has made it her mission to provide decadent desserts for individuals with specific dietary needs and lifestyle choices. Dolci means “sweets” in Italian. Mary is inspired by her Italian heritage to create desserts that are perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Everything is freshly baked with natural and organic ingredients and many are vegan. Prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility in beautiful Asheville, NC.
