The Survey took place throughout lunchtime on 29 April in 6 venues:

555 responses were received. 2328 customers were served in the survey period giving a response

rate of 23.8%. These venues are open to all Parliamentary pass holders including MPs, MPs’ staff,

Staff of the House, House of Lords’ pass holders, Members of the media, Government Department

staff and contractors. Demographic data is not collected.
