3. Website Designing: Features & Functionalities

4.1 Features The Website and Application will be structured in a user-friendly manner with the information being provided in an attractive manner using all the elements such as right color combinations, pictures, graphics, text and appealing design. We will create Original and Professional designs.

Client requires development of e-commerce Website for

1. Selling Cakes, pastries products online.

2. Product Display will contain Product images with description and give an option of

buying product online.

3. Application would be developed using the ASP .Net, C#, SQL Server.

4. The website will display various aspired viz. products offered by the client. Website

would allow the customers to register online for purchasing the products or even as

a guest.

5. Website would have payment gateway to accept the charges from the consumers

by Credit Card, and so on.

Web Based Back End Admin

This application would be supported by a web based back end admin.

Content Management

1. Admin will be able to manage content for all the products using backend liking

adding categories and products.

2. Shopping Report will provide a report of shopping activities for a given period.

User Management

1. Managing the Registered Users.

2. e-mail functionality: Sending mails to all registered users

Commercials and Payment Terms

8.1 Commercials Cost of Designing & Development of e-Commerce Portal: Option 1 Rs. 65,000/- + S.T. (It includes payment gateway integration) Annual maintenance Contract (AMC): Free for the first 3 months after going live Rs. 16,000 + S.T. (for 1 year) NOTE: Payment Gateway fees at actuals would be directly payable to the vendor (Es: Paypal CC avenue etc.)

50% Advance for Designing & Development Projects. 50% after completion of the project. Project commencement is subject to the disbursement of advance amount and signing

of contract If there is any change in the scope of work from what has been finalized, then a re-

work on time frames and price estimates will be required. 12.36 % Service tax is applicable on the domain,Hosting, Designing & Development.
