AUGUST 5 – SEPTEMBER 14, 2019 RULES AND REGULATIONS

(“CONTEST RULES”)

1. How to Enter

Caesars Windsor BUDWEISER “KING OF BEERS” GIVE AWAY (the “Contest”) takes place from August 5, 2019 at 11:00 am to September 14, 2019 at 2:00 am. (the “Promotion Period”). There

will be THREE (3) draws held. Draws will be held between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. ET on August 18, 2019, September 1, 2019 and September 15, 2019 (the “Draw Dates”).

During the Promotion Period, participants who attend Table Games Area “Pit 3” will receive a ballot

upon request. A Caesars Windsor representative (the “Representative”) will issue one (1) ballot to the participant to complete with their name and telephone number and return it to a Table Games

staff member to be deposited into the ballot drum located in Pit 3.

2. Prize Draw

On each of the Draw Dates between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. E.T (the “Draw Time”), a

Representative will randomly draw the appropriate number of ballots from the ballot drum to correspond with the number of prizes available (see Rule #3). Entrants do not have to be present

during the draw to be eligible to win. Selected entrants will be contacted via the phone number provided on the ballot.

3. Prizes

On each Draw Date at the Draw Time, there will be ONE (1) prize available to be won as follows:

AUGUST 18, 2019 PRIZE: One (1) DART BOARD, approximate retail value of $ 150.00 Cdn

SEPTEMBER 1, 2019 PRIZE: One (1) DART BOARD, approximate retail value of $ 150.00 Cdn

SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 PRIZE: One (1) DART BOARD, approximate retail value of $ 150.00 Cdn

The approximate value of all prizes available to won is $450.00.

In addition:

At the discretion of the sponsor additional names may be drawn for participation in the invitational

Budweiser “King of Beers” Blackjack Tournament taking place Saturday September 21, 2019. See Rules for Budweiser “King of Beers” Blackjack Tournament, attached.

4. Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted via the phone number provided on the ballot.

All prizes must be claimed in accordance with the provisions herein within 14 days of the Draw Date

and Time. The prize will be forfeited if the selected winner does not present themselves with Government issued photo ID to the Casino Shift Manager, within 14 days. Further, all prizes must

be collected in accordance with the timelines and provisions herein or the prize will be forfeited and drawn for again.

5. Prizes may be claimed by one method:

In Person:

The prize must be claimed at Pit 3 within 14 days of each Draw Date. In order to claim the prize,

the selected entrant must produce valid government-issued photo identification to a Casino Shift Manager and correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical skill-testing

question. The selected entrant will also be required to sign a Standard Release confirming

compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing inter alia, Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited (the “Sponsor”) from any liability in connection therewith.

General

6. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.

7. Caesars Rewards Membership is necessary to participate in this contest. If not already a Member, a customer may become a member without charge by completing an application at the Caesars

Rewards Centre at Caesars Windsor. Caesars Rewards Memberships can be cancelled at any time by visiting the Caesars Rewards Centre at Caesars Windsor.

8. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.

9. All prize claim verification information is subject to verification and will be void if not obtained

through legitimate channels, or if not original, or if illegible, altered, forged, defaced, mutilated or

tampered with in any way, or if not obtained in accordance with these Contest Rules.

10. The personal information collected in the course of the Contest will be used for the purposes of

identifying selected prize entrants and administering the Contest. Where not prohibited by law, by entering this Contest, winners consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph and

comments in any advertising or publicity by the Sponsor without remuneration.

11. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries accumulated for each draw.

12. By participating in this Contest, an entrant grants to the Sponsor the right to use his/her name, mailing address including city of residence, telephone number, and e-mail address (“Personal

Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest including, but not limited to, contacting

and announcing the winner and acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose the Personal Information to third parties or service providers of the Sponsor in connection with the foregoing.

By accepting a prize in this Contest, winner and his/her guest, if applicable, grants to the Sponsor the right to use their Personal Information including any photographs or comments for publicity and

promotional purposes relating to the Contest without compensation and acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose the Personal Information to third parties or service providers of the Sponsor

in connection with the foregoing. For more information, see Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at

13. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and decisions of the

Sponsor which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to alter, modify, amend or cancel all or any portion of this Contest at any

time for any reason without notice.

14. This Contest is open to Caesars Rewards Members who are at least nineteen (19) years of age and

are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States of America (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico), excluding: (i) employees, directors, or officers of the Sponsor,

Windsor Casino Limited, Caesars Windsor, or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) or of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional

agencies or prize suppliers; (ii) Officers, members of the Board of Directors, or key-licensed

employees of the OLG; (iii) executives or staff of a trade union that represents or negotiates on behalf of employees of Windsor Casino Limited; (iv) employees of registered suppliers who maintain

or repair gaming equipment at the Casino; (v) individuals who are known by the Sponsor to have been restricted from accessing the Casino or playing a lottery scheme as a condition of a court

order; (vi) the spouse, child or anyone sharing the same residence as an individual involved in

coordinating/executing promotions or tournaments on behalf of Caesars Windsor; and (vii) individuals who have been trespassed from Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited, Windsor Casino

Limited, Casino Windsor or Caesars Windsor and/or who have self-excluded (and not been reinstated) from any OLG gaming facility or from any Caesars Entertainment Corporation property

including, but not limited to, Harrah’s, Caesars, Horseshoe, Rio, Harveys, Bally’s, Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, Tunica Roadhouse, O’Shea’s Casino Las Vegas, Grand, Paris, Flamingo,

Sheraton, Hot Spot Oasis, Bluegrass Downs Racetrack, The Linq, The Cromwel, and Bill’s gaming

facilities, properties or casino complexes owned, operated or managed by Caesars Entertainment Corporation including any properties, companies or brands that are opened or acquired in the

future. In the event that an ineligible person participates in the Contest and is chosen as the winner, this person will be disqualified from winning the prize and the prize will be forfeited and will

not be drawn for again.

15. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, municipal and state laws of Canada and the United States of America. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and

enforceability of these Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of the Province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of

law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. All times stated are local Windsor, Ontario times and all values stated are in Canadian dollars.

16. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations

or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections,

fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor

users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Caesars Rewards cards which

may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in this Contest.

17. If this Contest is interfered with, or it is impracticable to conduct, or continue to conduct in whole or

in part, as a result of fire, explosion, power failure, acts of God, civil commotion and/or labour

unrest such as strikes, slow-downs, lock-outs, picketing or boycotts, the Sponsor, Windsor Casino Limited, the OLG, Caesars Windsor, and their respective parent companies and their respective

officers, directors and employees shall be released from any and all responsibility and/or liability whatsoever arising from such interference or impracticability, and the Sponsor shall have the

option, at its sole discretion, to cancel, extend or reschedule the Contest without liability.

18. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules

and any disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials including, but

not limited to, any entry form or advertising collateral, the terms and conditions of these Contest

Rules shall prevail.

19. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes, licensing, custom duties and the like amounts and any

other fees on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

20. Void where prohibited by law.

CAESARS WINDSOR PRESENTS: Budweiser “King of Beers” BLACKJACK TOURNAMENT

September 21, 2019 RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Caesars Windsor Presents Budweiser “King of Beers” Blackjack Tournament (the “Tournament”)

takes place on Saturday September 21, 2019.

2. Participation is by invitation only and limited to 96 players. The invitation is non-transferable.

3. Round One session times will be selected by each player at the time of registration on a first come,

first serve basis. Tournament officials will randomly select table numbers and seats.

RULES

4. Players must report to their assigned tables fifteen (15) minutes prior to their session time. Players

who arrive late may be considered withdrawn, resulting in possible elimination from the tournament.

5. There will be a maximum of six (6) players per table. Some tables may have more or less players than others.

6. Each session will last twenty-one (21) hands. Players must play every hand.

7. Players who miss a session or who arrive late may be considered withdrawn and will not be

substituted or replaced with another player.

8. The number of sessions and/or session times may be modified or cancelled at the discretion of Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited Management.

9. Players may only play one (1) spot. A player may not play another player’s spot (i.e. behind or on top of another player’s wager).

10. If a player leaves the table at any time during any of their assigned rounds of play, the player may

be considered withdrawn at the discretion of Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited Management.

11. A rotating marker will be used to determine the betting order.

12. All bets must be made with non-value tournament chips only.

13. Blackjacks will be paid 2 to 1 for this tournament.

14. Betting limits for all rounds will be as follows:

All bets must be made in increments of 100 points.

15. Players will receive 10,000 points in non-negotiable tournament chips at the start of each session.

16. Players must keep their chips separated by denominations. Tournament chips must be on the table and in clear view of all players at all times during the tournament.

17. Tournament chips may not be transferred or exchanged from one player to another.

18. If a problem arises during play, it is the responsibility of the player to notify the Table Games

Supervisor immediately. All disputes must be settled before any player leaves the table. In all cases, the decision of the Tournament Director will be final.

19. Tournament chips will be counted down in front of each player on completion of the twentieth

(20th) hand. It is the player’s responsibility to verify the amount announced.

20. Players will be able to make a secret bet (bets not known to other players at his/her table) on the

twenty-first (21st) hand of play. This bet shall be made by writing the amount of the bet on a Secret Bet Slip and handing it to the floor person for verification. Total wagers may exceed the

designated limit but may not exceed the amount of tournament chips in possession of the betting

player. The Table Games Supervisor or above will sign the Secret Bet Slip attesting that each player’s bet does not exceed his/her total tournament chip point total and that the Secret Bet Slip is

properly completed. Once all secret bets are completed, signed and verified, they will be revealed and the appropriate chips wagered. A secret bet that is inadvertently completed for an amount less

than the designated minimum shall be construed as a bet equal to the designated minimum bet.

Similarly, a secret bet that exceeds a player’s tournament bankroll shall be construed as a bet equivalent to the player’s tournament bankroll. If a secret bet is incomplete as to the point amount,

the 100-point minimum will apply.

21. At any time, if there is a tie between players the outcome will be settled by dealing an additional

hand to the tied players. If the tied players do not have sufficient chips to play a tiebreaker, they will be given 100 points in order to play the tiebreaker.

22. Each player is required to sign the score sheet at the end of each round, attesting to the accuracy

of the recorded scores.

23. At the end of the Championship Round, the player with the most tournament chips will be declared

the first place winner.

24. Advancement is based on highest scores.

25. Prizes will be awarded based on highest scores.

26. The official tournament language is English and conversing in any other language will not be permitted unless through a Casino representative.

27. Communication concerning the game between players and/or spectators is not allowed during tournament play.

28. Collusion among players is prohibited.

29. Delaying the game in any fashion may result in elimination from the tournament.

30. Any violation of tournament rules may result in elimination from the tournament.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

31. The Tournament may consist of two rounds of regular play, followed by the Championship Round.

The prize is non-transferable. The approximate value of the prize available to be won is $1,000.00 CDN. Prize is subject to substitution at the discretion of Labatt Brewing Company

The total approximate value of all prizes is $1,250 CDN.

GENERAL

33. A Wild Card draw will be held for those players who do not advance in Round One. Players who do not advance in Round One will deposit their session cards into the ballot drum, located in the

tournament area, for an opportunity to advance to Round Two. Immediately preceding Round Two a Casino Windsor representative will draw the appropriate number of session cards from the drum

for a minimum of four (4) selected entrants, additional entrants may be drawn based on player

attendance. Selected entrants must be present at the draw site during the draw to advance to the next round.

34. By participating in this tournament, winners consent to the use of their name and photograph in any advertising or publicity by the Sponsor without remuneration.

35. By participating in this tournament, entrants agree that Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited (the “Sponsor”), Windsor Casino Limited, Caesars Windsor, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming

Corporation (the “OLG”), or Caesars Windsor nor their respective parent companies, affiliates,

subsidiaries, agencies, agents, respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors and assigns shall not have any liability for any losses, damages, claims, costs, causes of action or

injury whatsoever including but not limited to personal injury, accident or death, property damage, disappointment or inconvenience arising from any act, omission or negligence whatsoever relating

to the tournament or the receipt, ownership, possession or use of any prize.

36. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a Caesars Rewards® member and be at least 19 years of age who is not an employee, director, or officer of the Sponsor, Windsor Casino Limited,

the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies or prize suppliers. Entrants must

present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

37. Prize does not include any expenses not explicitly stated as being part of the prize including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, alcohol, insurance, taxes, international taxes, fuel surcharges,

souvenirs, items of a personal nature, ground transportation and local travel, spending money, telephone calls, travel and health insurance, travel documents and passport. It is the responsibility

of the winner and his/her guest to ensure that they have all the necessary identification documentation (such as a valid passport) and/or medical treatments to permit travel. The Sponsor

is not responsible in the event the winner or his/her guest are refused entry to the destination city

or re-entry into Canada or the United States, as applicable, for whatever reason, in which event any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner and/or his/her guest are unable or

unwilling to accept or otherwise redeem the prize or any part of the prize for any reason on the terms it is awarded, the prize or that portion of the prize shall be forfeited and will not be drawn for

again and no cash or substitutes will be provided in whole or in part.

38. By entering this tournament, entrants agree to be bound by the tournament rules and decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the tournament.

The Sponsor reserves the right to alter or cancel this tournament at any time without notice.

39. In the event that an ineligible person participates in the Contest and is chosen as the winner of a prize valued at Ten Thousand Dollars Canadian ($10,000.00 Cdn.) or more, this person will be

disqualified from winning the prize and the prize will be forfeited and will not be drawn for again.

Entrants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

40. This tournament is subject to all federal, provincial, municipal and state laws of Canada and the

United States of America. All times stated are local Windsor, Ontario times.

41. If this tournament is interfered with, or it is impracticable to conduct, or continue to conduct, as a
