The Level 2 Short Course is designed for those interested in a career in dog grooming. Dog Grooming Skills – Professional RecognitionThis one day course is an intensive version of the Level 3 Professional Dog Grooming short course. Successful completion provides professional recognition for experienced dog groomers. Applicants must be able to perform breed specific clips to industry standards on time in a real life salon environment. Our experienced grooming teacher will assess your practical ability to work effectively in the grooming industry through direct observation and questioning. Applicants are required to groom and hydrobath two dogs of different breeds to professional standards in 5 hours. Occupational English Test (OET) -10 week Preparation CourseThe Occupational English Test (OET) is a language examination for qualified health practitioners who wish to gain provisional registration to practice in Australia. OET preparation courses at CAE assist medical professionals prepare for the OET examination. They provide a wide range of authentic material, regular exam practice and a stimulating classroom environment. The course covers in detail the four skills areas required for the OET examination: listening, speaking, writing and reading. Support classes are also available.
