About UsSince, 1960, our family of rugged, attractive Sol-O-matic® fiberglass and laminate furnishings have been made in the USA by CACO Manufacturing at our facilities in Houston, Texas. In 2007, we expanded our product offerings to meet the needs of the laundry industry customer through the addition of stainless steel and metal furnishings, as well as UL® certified commercial appliance outlet centers, also known as bulkheads. In 2012, we branched out into the restaurant industry and brought our dependable, long-lasting products to nationwide restaurateurs. Our products are designed to do their jobs for the long-term, with minimal maintenance and upkeep – even in high traffic environments.

Sol-O-matic® Fiberglass Folding Tables provide colorful, eye-appealing work surfaces that are seamless, easy-to-clean, and chemical resistant. The molded-in stop ledges greatly increase the usable surface without requiring additional floor space. The tables are available with a number of accessories and options to even further enhance the customer pleasing experience, such as hanging racks, upper shelves, built-in trash containers, and more. These tables are durability personified, as many of our tables have been in service for over 30 years! All tables have adjustable levelers with non-marking plastic feet and can be bolted to the floor.

TFD Style

All Sol-O-matic® “TFD” style tables feature sturdy 1½” sq. tubular steel leg units secured directly to the steel cross frames bracing the table top. The legs can be customized with matching color panels and are equipped for concealed bolt down for ultimate safety and security. The standard height is 34”, but other height options are available.

Upper Shelves & Individual Hanging Racks

Upper Shelves

Simply add a matching upper shelf to be installed on the table. To specify the shelf, just add a “U” to the end of the table’s model number. It’s that easy! The shelves are 12” deep, 16” high from table surface, and have tubular steel supports. Approximate weight is 22 lbs.

Individual Hanging Racks

Solid steel clothes racks are available to be added at either one or both front corners of the table. When single racks are ordered, they will be placed on the left side (facing table) unless otherwise specied. Weight 3½ lbs. Model TR-2F.

Accessories

Full Length Hanging Rack

This option provides ample space on each end of the table for long garments, while allowing complete use of the over table area for shorter garments. The rack fits on any new or existing table with the TFD-style legs. It’s made of tubular steel and it bolts securely to the table’s legs for enhanced security.

Note: Bolt down is required. Weight is approximately 19 lbs. Models TR-4’, TR-5’, TR-6’.

Stool

Break free and organize seating in a less-structured way - order some individual stools with the same attractive wear-resistant fiberglass seats we use on our Seat-Table Units. The stool’s seat is 13” in diameter and its 26” height is ideal for comfortable seated use of folding tables and similar work stations for customers and employees alike! Our stools feature a sturdy welded steel frame with a convenient foot-rest and non-marking glides. A bolt down version is available for added safety and security. Weight is 19 lbs. Model SS-1.

Trash Containers

Waste Not, Get More. Sol-O-matic® trash can covers and built-in under-table trash bins are designed to eliminate clutter in high-traffic areas while turning a potential eyesore into decor compliments. The TRC-32containers tilt out at the top for easy use and then self-close to hide the clutter. Both models are designed to use standard 32 gallon trash bags, and they lift out for easy emptying. The RCC-32 & TRC-32 are available in all stardard table colors and can be used on one or both ends of the table. Weight is 34 lbs. Models RCC-32, TRC-32.

All “TFL” style tables have a sturdy 1-1/2” sq. tublar steel leg units secured directly to steel cross frames bracing the table top. The legs are equipped for concealed bolt down and can be provided with matching leg panels if desired. Standard work surface height is 34” but other heights are available.

These tables feature scratch and wear-resistant high-pressure laminate surfaces fused directly to strong moisture-resistant fiberglass bodies. Sol-O-matic® laminated tops are molded in one piece. The surface can’t be peeled off like other glue on wood product methods. Sol-O-matic®’s sturdy tubular steel legs are secured directly to the heavy steel cross rails that brace the tabletops for enhanced durability and design integrity. The legs have adjustable levelers and are equipped for bolting down to any surface, a practice that we recommend. The tables come in a wide variety of sizes and configurations, and they can be custom-produced with surfaces made from almost any brand of high pressure laminate. Your choice of colors and patterns is virtually unlimited.

TFL Style Base Table with Back StopMake your table more functional by adding a back stop. Any TFL-style table can be ordered with this option installed to enhance its work space. To specify the rail simply add a “B” to the end of the table’s model number. The backstops are 4” high and are made of tubular steel.

Give your laminate table a soft, smooth edge with black rubber stripping around the edges to replace the normal laminate. Any TFPR-style table can be ordered with an upper-shelf. Just add a “U” to the end of the table’s model number. This style does not include fiberglass backing.

Sol-O-matic® Modular Seating Units can furnish any store with seating custom tailored to its space requirements, decorating concepts, and customer needs. The comfortably contoured plastic seats and fiberglass tabletops come in a variety of matching colors to harmonize with or highlight any decor. Smooth, wear resistant, and easily cleaned, they keep their new look for years. The legs have non-marking plastic feet, and are equipped for concealed bolt down.

Get more return on your investment with a replacement tabletop. Our fiberglass tabletops measure 18” X 21” and are interchangeable with seats and can be placed in any position on the unit. Weight is 11 lbs. A fiberglass TM-1 top is available in any finish including Deluxe or Premium Granite.

UL Rated Custom BulkheadsQuality & Durability Meet Style & InnovationWe have combined our wide selection of colorful fiberglass covers - and its ability to withstand heat, humidity, chemicals and rough treatment - with the strength and durability of our high quality steel structual frame. Sol-O-matic® Bulkheads are UL® certified, and custom built to your exact specifications. We can readily accommodate different modular frame arrangements and designs that will adhere to your local building codes and regulations. Our design and build turnaround time is the best in the industry, ensuring you have your Sol-O-matic® Bulkheads in place prior to delivery of your equipment.

Our bulkheads offer you flexibility. You and your distributor can choose from a bare bones frame & panel system or a complete UL® approved turnkey unit with all utilities and copper water lines. Complete drain systems are available. In addition, when Sol-O-matic® factory made bulkheads are purchased together with your laundry equipment, the entire project may be financed versus a site-built bulkhead that is not.

Our weather and wear resistant, UV Protected® Outdoor Fiberglass Patio Units and Picnic Tables are great around pools, Patios, Snack Bars, Lunch Room, Lounge, areas, or put on the paths at RV Parks or Campgrounds. All Sol-O-matic® products are custom manufactured to order. The component parts are stock, but the final assembly/packaging is to order only. The normal shipping time for all products is 30 days after receipt of an order. We do not maintain warehouse facilities for finished products and for this reason, all orders must be completely cleared for shipment before they are released for assembly (i.e. pre-payment received or credit approved, etc). Orders that are clear to ship are scheduled for assembly with priority given to the order with the earliest receipt date. All our products are packaged for shipment via common carrier. We have agreements with several major motor freight lines that enable us to provide a 60% to 67% freight discount on most interstate shipments. We will honor request for specific carriers, but we may not be able to protect the discount. All shipments are F.O.B. Houston, Texas from our manufacturing facilities. The carrier is responsible for all damage in transit. Inspect your shipment closely and make notations of any visible abuse on the waybill before signing it. Inspect all shipments for concealed damage within seven days. The carrier must be notified within 10 days of delivery on any damage claim, concealed or otherwise. No orders for C.O.D. shipments can be accepted due to the custom nature of the finished products.
