General method: (number of strands) x (3.142 / 4) x (strand diameter^2) x (645.16)= CSA in mm^2

e.g. 7/029" = 7 x (3.142 / 4) x (0.029^2) x 645.16 = 2.98mm^2

e.g. 7.044 = 7 x (3.142 / 4) x (0.044^2) x 645.16 = 6.86mm^2
