The Cabins

Nestled within Fox Acres, the luxury cabins are thoughtfully placed near massive granite outcroppings, Lake Cree, stands of aspen, juniper and Ponderosa Pine trees, and are within walking distance to the golf course. The Cabin Clubs boast breathtaking views and luxurious amenities all their own. The three or four bedroom cabins feature three different floor plans and are designed for modern living with gracious living areas, sumptuous bedrooms and baths, fully equipped kitchens, dramatic stone work, hardwood floors, beautiful furnishings and a private, outdoor jetted tub. A personal golf cart is also provided during the golf season.

Privileges The Cabin Club offers its own host of exclusive member services, activities and amenities. A private Lodge is home to the owners’ lounge, catering kitchen and indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Full membership privileges at Fox Acres include golf and entrée to the resort’s restaurants and facilities. Cabin Club owners can also look forward to being personally welcomed by name, having a professional concierge at their beck and call, relaxing and socializing, and even having their private kitchens stocked with food and wine prior to arrival.

The Cabin Club Concept Cabin Club at Fox Acres is an equity residence club comprised of 28 fully furnished cabins and private facilities, with prices starting in the mid $200s. An enclave within the Fox Acres mountainresortcommunity,CabinCluboffersthebenefitsofliving at, and belonging to, Fox Acres, and a great deal more, at a fraction of the cost of traditional homeownership. Plus, it eliminates the worry of home maintenance.

As a Cabin Club owner, you will own one-tenth (1/10) or one-fifth(1/5) undivided, deeded interest in one of the Cabins. Like other real estate, ownerships may be sold, transferred or placed in a trust at any time.

As a Cabin Club owner, you have access to any one of the “like” cabins that you purchased ownership in, with the right to use anytime. The reservation privileges for Cabin Club at Fox Acres have been designed to ensure that all owners have equal access to the residences, including peak seasons, with the ability to reserve planned vacations and space available vacations. There is no limit to the number of days you may lodge at the club, and with no more than ten owners per residence, you have abundant and flexible usage.
