C2 Design|Architecture brings over 15 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design,
landscape architecture, graphic design, architectural visualization, and construction administration services to
our regional clients. Our diversity is our strength, and has served as the foundation of the company. We
expand our experience by teaming with a broad network of talented and highly skilled design professionals,
each of which is carefully selected for unique qualities and experience specific to each project.
C2 Design|Architecture prides itself in developing and maintaining a good relationship with each client. As
each client is different, so is the design approach for each project. From the site conditions and building
programs, to the array of building materials selected, each project specifically addresses the needs of the client
while exceeding his expectations and keeping within the project budget. Our architectural and design services
uphold the finest quality, and our attention to detail from conceptualization to documentation is unsurpassed.
Most importantly, we strive to engage the client in the design at all phases by producing dynamic renderings
and maintaining open communication throughout the design and construction process.
C2 Design|Architecture provides a broad range of services and has experience among multiple project
markets. As seen on the following pages, our projects have ranged from middle to high end single family
residences to condominium and apartment communities, commercial offices, tenant fit-ups, industrial facilities,
themed restaurants and hotels. Our designs merge classic designs with modern designs, unite the exterior with
the interior, and connect cost with constructability. Our goal is to provide a notable building, which is responsive
to unique circumstances, alongside having a good client relationship.
C2 Design|Architecture is committed to the principles of sustainable design. Our staff consists of LEED
Accredited Professionals, and we recognize the importance of incorporating sustainable ideologies into our
projects. Natural systems and local materials are regularly utilized in our buildings, and our economic and

Professional ExperienceMichael Roman has over 15 years of professional project experience. His experience has ranged across several markets, broadening his knowledge base and professional offerings. Michael’s attention to technology has allowed him to efficiently produce presentations and Construction Documents by using the design industry's most current, state of the art computer-aided design software.
Mr. Roman has had the opportunity to offer professional services in programming, design, contract document preparation, construction administration, project management, BOMA calculations and computer networking. In the position of project architect, he has coordinated projects for municipal, institutional, residential, commercial, state and health care clients. His experience and attention to detail is evident in his most recent projects which include Bombers Burrito Bar, St. Clare's Hospital Cafeteria Renovation, Clinton Square office building, John D. Marcella and Son and White Lake Music and Post.
Michael A. Roman formed C2 Design|Architecture because of his passion for developing relationships with clients and designing solutions. His leadership skills emerge as he naturally leads project teams and C2 Design|Architecture as Owner and Principal. Mr. Roman is self motivated and this energy is what strengthens his projects from concept to completion.

The beauti ful, 60,000-square-foot building will be the benchmark by which all future constructi on eff orts in the town are judged. The connecti on to other Socha Plaza faciliti es and apartments will deliver a “New Urbanism” that will transform 21st century living.
