I am representing the owner of 613 Midway Rd. Loganville GA 30052 (Jojo John) residential property.
613 Midway Rd. is intended to become a gym with retail space.
Please review attached documents to show acreage, parking, elevations, floor plan, site plan & survey.
The attached documents will also show the property at 613 Midway Rd., to allow a buffer reduction per civil engineering site plans.
The proposed building for property 613 Midway Rd. will be 30, 968 sf gym building with an additional 14,050 sf of retail space totaling 45,018 sf.
The height will be 26' 4". The materials will comply with all Gwinnett County Building Plan Review standards.
