Positivist approach to law; Eg: Traffic signal.

Every good law has a good rationale.

True leadership starts on the inside

with a servant heart, then moves

outward to serve others.

Leader with servant heart have certain characteristics and values in common

His paramount aim is the best interest of those he lead.

He gains personal satisfaction from watching the growth and development of those he leads.

He will have a loving care. He wants to be held accountable, He will

himself ask, “Has my performance met the needs of those I serve?”.

He will be willing to listen. He loves to have feedback and advice – any information that will help to serve better.

He will control his EGO. EGO – Edging the God Out

Real change in behavior eventually

requires a transformation of the heart. That’s

where the core of who I am resides.
