Irving Penn was born in

He died October 7,2009

New York City , NY

Education: Museum School of Industrial Art in 1934-1938.

He moved to New york City after finishing school in 1938.

EARLY YEARSHe purchased his first camera and toke photos of street scenes and windows displays.

Penn’s first Vogue cover was published on October 1,1943.
