Hi. Welcome to Bow Wow Couture.

We want to change the way you think about dog collars.

The traditional dog collar is in dire need of a design shake up, and for the last 3 years we’ve taken our love of retro and vintage style and created a fashion forward line of dog collars, bow ties, flowers and leashes.

Our accessible collections appeal to design savvy buyers hunting for phenomenal and original dog products. Ev-erything is handmade in our studio in gainesville, Fl.

We attribute our success to our obsession with the quality of our work, in both design and production, and to handcrafting products that are good enough for humans but created for dogs.

The long story is that the chevron design appeared as early as approximately 1800 BC in archaeological recovery of designs on pottery and rock carvings in modern day greece. The short version is that chevron is a popular pattern utilized in everything from stationery to home decor and now dog collars. about our Products

Our products are 100% handmade. This means pattern placement in each Bow Wow Couture product will vary slightly.

Every item is made to order. This ensures that only our freshest and best-selling designs are in your shop.

Flowers and bow ties are not meant to be slept in. Think of them as that expensive cashmere sweater that you can wear as many times as you want, but you would not go hiking in it.

leashes are not intended to be used as tie outs.

Payment

For fast and easy service we accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card-visa, MasterCard, american Express, and Discover.

Half of the order's balance is due at the time that your order is placed. When your order is finished, we will invoice you for the other half plus

shipping; then the order is shipped.

Production time Frame

Our products are made to order. at the time that you place your order a completion estimate will be made. generally, items ship out in 2-4 weeks, sometimes sooner. it will take longer to receive orders when placed at a trade show.

We are sensitive to the need to have seasonal items (Hallow-een, Christmas, etc) as soon as possible. We rush production for any orders that include seasonal items.

Shipping

all continental domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments arrive within 2-3 busi-ness days.

international orders are shipped only through USPS Express Mail international. This service provides tracking and quick shipment.

Shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

returns

We accept returns for credit toward current and future orders. Refunds will only be issued if the items are deemed defective or there is a manufacturing flaw.

Please contact us within 7 days of re-ceipt of your order to notify us of any problems with your order.

Please note that any items returned other than due to a manufacturing flaw will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
