Producers of a product in developing countries sell a product at a fair price and are protected from big corporation takeover

Payment after production, IF they like the products
Artisans or farmers, being partners, are given technical assistance, training, education, advancement
Workers are seen as assents, and are just given training for mundane, repetitive job duties, not for additional skills
Women and ethnic minorities made partners
Look for lowest cost labor, and exploit the works if necessary (minorities, women, children)
Aims to educate the consumer about what is good for them, the planet, and producers
Create shallow needs and wants
